предлоги onto and into

Очень легко запомнить, когда следует употреблять предлоги onto и into.
Означают они тоже самое, что и предлоги on и in, только те  выражают состояние, а onto и into - действие.

Смотрим примеры:
There is a book on the table. (состояние)
Please, put the book onto the table. (действие)
There is a cat in the room. (состояние)
The cat is running into the room. (действие)

.	a dot	точка	Не знак пунктуации. Это может быть точка над i, или веб-адресах.  Idiom:   to dot your i's and cross your t's. Как видно, в англоязычном мире не только ставят точки над i, но и букву t перекрещивают (когда пишут букву t, то сначала выводят вертикальную палочку, а для завершения проставляют горизонтальную). То есть по сути, мы бы перевели cross your t's  тоже как "расставить точку над i", так как нет аналогичной операции с буквой t в русском языке. Meaning: Complete the job paying attention to the details.  Translation: поставить точки над i
,	a comma	запятая	Интересное замечание: запятая может стоять после слова but, если but употребляется в значении "однако".  I am here, and so are you. But, Zoya is not. Therefore, Zoya must be doing something else.

flaw- порок, трещина, изъян, недостаток, дефект
