To keep my brain fit and fix as I do with my body, I do 10 minutes English and German everyday in the morning. I really like the results.
Only 10 minutes of your day, and you have some stuff to think of, some new words to learn, and what is more important, you have inspiration and motivation to move on.
So, what is my method?
At first I listen to the podcast, and sometimes I follow the audio with its transcript alongside.
Then I try to use my memory and to recall new words and expressions, I write them down in my notebook and search for translation.
Afterwards I write them down with a piece of chock on the blackboard stuck on the front door of my fridge. I keep them all the day there that helps me to remember them better not learning by heart.
